What is Your
Approach?
As a photographer, my mission is to capture your love as authentically and candidly as possible. Bringing out more than meets the eye and finding beauty in simplicity is the core of my photography. When I edit a gallery, my goal is to make you feel something. I pursue fleeting moments; the small looks, soft touches and all the in-betweens. I'm here to showcase the culmination of your love and all the ways it was shown and felt on your special day so you and your loved ones can relive it for all the years to come.
Where are you located and are you available to travel?
I live on Vancouver Island in the city of Victoria and am available to travel anywhere your heart desires. If you’re from out of town and want to travel to the island, I’ve got you covered with an extensive list of locations and ideas to help bring your vision to life!
Do you help with planning?
Absolutely! Preparation is an indispensable part of the entire process and I take it very seriously. Once you have me officially booked as your photographer, you can count on me for everything from providing a list of the perfect locations, creating mood/style boards, helping with timelines, and everything in between.
What is your turnaround time?
For sessions I promise 3-4 weeks and for weddings I promise 8-15. I like to spend time creating GIFs, double exposures and creative art for my couples. You have the rest of your life to look back at these images. I want to make sure that every single one is perfect. You deserve the best of the best, not something rushed to meet a fast deadline. Don't worry, I provide sneak peeks to tide you over!

I strive to create images that will stand the test of time and will be forever treasured by the couples many decades from now. My ideal client doesn’t settle for typical and is eager to cross the boundaries of event photography to share the friendliest and memorable experience together. There’s nothing else I could wish for professionally, than connecting with like-minded people around the globe and revealing their love for one another as art. Do you Photoshop your clients?
My photography is always centered on celebrating the authenticity of love. I share photos of all my clients, because I want you to recognize your inherent beauty. We are all unique, different, and significant individuals. I won't digitally enhance your height or your figure or scars, as those are all parts of your unique identity. I'm committed to preserving what is real and true for you. However, I am willing to retouch temporary blemishes such as bruises and acne.
How many Photos will we get?
I promise my clients 50 images per hour to give a general idea of what to expect. However, each session is unique. My main focus is to include all of the images from your day to create a storyline in the most intentional and authentic way I know. Underpromise and over deliver is my philosophy.
Do you deliver any raw or unedited images?
No, I do not. The way I colour my images is all part of the magic! Every image that you receive will be edited with care and consistent to my style.
How do we book you?
I am so happy that you’re considering me to capture your special day! After looking through everything in my portfolio and website, send me an inquiry and tell me everything about yourselves - Your story, how you met, your favourite memory. Then I’ll send you my full price list and set a date for a video call so we can get to know each other. I require a deposit and both signatures to reserve your date.
